CAPARROS A/K/A IVONNE CAPARROS A/KA IVONNE CAPPAROS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; LAKE KEHOE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CECELIA DORN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A STEVE DORN are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 1/15/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
