NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Orange County, Florida, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Court, will sell all the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Lot 48, GROVE PARK AT STONE CREST, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 66, Pages 46 through 49, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at
11:00 A.M. on January 6, 2015.
