Begin at a point North 44 degrees 48'30” West 3.42 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block G, Fairview Shores, as recorded in Plat Book M, page 73 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, said corner being the most Easterly corner of said Lot 21, run South 44 degrees 48'30” East 3.42 feet, thence South 43 degrees 47'15” East 50 feet, thence South 42 degrees 46'00” East 19.5 feet, thence South 52 degrees 19'00” West 159 feet more or less to the waters of Lake Fairview thence Northwesterly along said waters to a point which bears South 48 degrees 51'30” West Beginning, thence North 48 degrees 51'30” East 163 feet more or less to Beginning.
