The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 26th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 1, WILLOW CREEK PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 AT PAGES 75 AND 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
