NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016149-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JOSE R. QUEVEDO, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, ANDOVER LAKES - PHASE 3-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 45 THROUGH 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
