NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002517-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and MYRTA RIVERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE WEST 268 FEET OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 100 FEET THEREOF, SUBJECT TO RIGHT OF WAY OF WEST 50 FEET FOR DEAN ROAD LESS THE EAST 10.00 FEET OF THE WEST 60.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200.00 FEET OF THE WEST 268.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 31 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
