NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016057-O in the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-BC5, Plaintiff, and, STEVEN LETZKUS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 7th day of January, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 50, SHEELER OAKS-PHASE TWO-SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 113 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OFORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
