Ross, Trustee of the Augustus E. Siefken Declaration of Trust Dated March 22, 2001, Leslie Appleton Boyer Yaeger, Beneficiary of the Augustus E. Siefken Declaration of Trust Dated March 22, 2001, Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Trustees and All Other Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against The Estate of Mark Richard Klinger Deceased, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
