NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd, day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13CA001191, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FOREST PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 28th day of JANUARY, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11B, FORREST PARK, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 711, PAGE 1687, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 63A THROUGH 63I, INCLUSIVE, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THROUGH 14I, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED , ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
