Notice is hereby given that I, BARBARA T. SCOTT, Clerk of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, will on the 7th day of JANUARY, 2015., beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, or as soon thereafter as is practicable, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
Unit 68, Building F, Boca Grande North, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 817, Page 954, and as recorded in Condominium Book 5, Page 48, amended thereto from time to time in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Pursuant to Final Summary Judgment for Foreclosure entered in the above captioned action, the style of which is described above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
This Notice shall be published in The Business Observer, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, with the cost of such publication billed to Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., 9110 Strada Place, Suite 6200, Naples, Florida 34108.
