Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 7, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 2104 BUILDING 2 PHASE 1 OF THE CONDOMINIUMS AT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3143 AT PAGE 222 WITH ALL AMENDMENTS AND EXHIBITS THERETO; ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 102 NATURES WAY #2104, ROTONDA, FL 33946; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on February 25, 2015 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
