has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney Bradley Lang, Esquire at P.O. Box 834, Naples, FL 34106, on or before ____ or within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite #102, Naples, FL 34112, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
