Darby, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting Solely as Nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc Min No. 1002610-1010064097-9, USA Fence Company, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
