Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 9, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 87, BLOCK 1, BRADEN WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE 4, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 159 THROUGH 164, INCLUSIVE.
and commonly known as: 8911 68TH AVE E, BRADENTON, FL 34202; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
