Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 9, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 17, BUILDING F, PHASE D, PINE BAY FOREST CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 994, PAGE 1851, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 10, PAGE 125, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL INTEREST IN CARPORT Q, A COMMON ELEMENT APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 7521 4TH AVENUE WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34209; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 13, 2015 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
