NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated November 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2011-CA-003655 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court, R. B. Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 7th day of January, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, PALMA SOLA VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
