Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2012-CA-6682, on December 2, 2014, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are BIANOR ARANHA, JR., et al. R.B. “Chips” Shore the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 2, 2015, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
LOT 65 OF COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 6C, 6D AND 6E, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE (S) 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
