NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-002602 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC. is the Plaintiff and MATHEW WILSON, THE HARBORAGE ON BRADEN RIVER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATHEW D. WILSON, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE AND MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC, are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 08, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, OF HARBORAGE ON BRADEN RIVER, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
