NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 25, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-004940 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL D. JOHNSON A/K/A MICHAEL JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL D. JOHNSON A/K/A MICHAEL JOHNSON; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am. on the 6th day of January 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 202, BUILDING 21 OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2004247846, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
