Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 5 day of March, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 31, of that certain subdivision known as Billy's Creek Estates, according to the plat thereof on file in Official Records Book 186, Page 550, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
