NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-052446 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Carmela Chiurazzi a/k/a Carmella Chiurazzi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 5, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 2258, CAPE CORAL UNIT 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 40 THROUGH 61, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
