NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051197 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding, Trust 2007-ARS, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-ARS, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Janice Erwin also known as Janice R.
