NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 010520 NC, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff, and BETTY JEAN HAYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY JEAN HAYES IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 9thday of January, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK B, NEWTOWN TERRACE AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
