NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 5 day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-50366, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CARMEN A. SERRANO ROSALIS SERRANO IRIS SERRANO; and UNKNOWN TENANT robert rodriguez IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 27, UNIT 3, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
