NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure after Default entered December 8, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
UNIT 3222, OF REFLECTION LAKES TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3623, PAGES 2466 THROUGH 2638, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
