NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002192 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA,, is Plaintiff, and MANYA RUBENSTEIN PARU, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 1, Building 9 of The Lakes of Sarasota Condominium I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1641, Page 771, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 32, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
