NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed DEC 8, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-051760 of the Circuit
Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 9:00 a.m. on the 7 day of January, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
The North 183.66 feet of the South 1,012 feet of the West 1,464.37 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, lying East of SR No. 78, Lee County, Florida.

Less and Except:

That portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida.

Being described as follows:

Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 29; thence along the West line of said Section 29, South 00°14'35” East a distance of 1,917.32 feet to the survey base line of State Road 78 (Bayshore Road) and to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 5,729.58 feet; thence along said survey base line the arc of said curve to the left a distance of 176.47 feet through a central angle of 01°45'53” with a chord bearing North 44°54'36” East to the end of said curve; thence North 89°59'30” East a distance of 71.57 feet to the Southeasterly existing right of way line of State Road 78 (per Section 1252-251) and the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 5,779.58 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence along said Southeasterly existing right-of-way line the arc of said curve to the left a distance of 88.45 feet through a central angle of 00°52'37” with a chord bearing North 42°01'02” East to the end of said curve; thence continue along said Southeasterly existing right-of-way line North 42°39'29” East a distance of 160.65 feet; thence North 89°59'30” East a distance of 74.80 feet; thence South 42°39'29” West a distance of 211.34 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 5,834.58 feet; thence along the arc of said curve to the right a distance of 38.78 feet through a central angle of 00°22'51” with a chord bearing South 42°50'54” West to the end of said curve; thence South 89°59'30” West a distance of 73.28 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
