NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-005993 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and MELISSA D. DOWLING A/K/A MELISSA DEE DOWLING, ET. AL, are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 13th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10716 and 10717 of South Venice Unit No. 40, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 95, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Located: 1163 Ringtail Rd, Venice, FL 34293
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
