Duncan, Et Al is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of January, 2015, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
