RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 5, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010342 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA6 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and SHERWOOD ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 31, SHERWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 72 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
