NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-055506 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC. is the Plaintiff and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; David J. Hillery; Jennifer J. Hillery; John Tenant and Jane Tenant whose names are fictitious to account for parties in possession; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at
www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45 AND 46, BLOCK 3362, UNIT 65, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 151 TO 164, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
