NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-051035 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY S. NESBIT; KATHERINE NESBIT; CHERYL JORESKI; PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A THE NEW SOUTH PROVINCE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 12 day of January, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 96-3, PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NEW SOUTH PROVINCE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 949, PAGE 714 AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FL, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
