NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 8, 2014, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, I will, on January 13, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at the Sarasota foreclosure website www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described real property:

LOT 18, BLOCK L, SORRENTO EAST, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
