NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 12, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-054008 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and BRENDA KALSCHEUER, THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENDA KALSCHEUER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11 day of February, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. 110, of The Cove at Six Mile Cypress, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded under Clerk's File No. 2005000044163, as amended by First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded under Clerk's File No. 2005000158980, both of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
