NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order granting Amended Motion for Dissolution and directing the Subject Property be sold at Auction dated the 1st day of December, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002734, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein, Carl R. Shaw and Robert M. Gotham are Plaintiffs, and Sunset Lake II, LLC, is the Defendant, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order, to wit:
PARKWOOD UNIT 3 PB 28 PG 94 POR OF PARCEL B AS DESC IN OR 4759 PG 4767
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
