NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 12,2014 entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-050729 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 12 day of March, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Block E, Unit 5, of that certain subdivision known as PINE ISLAND CENTER, according to the Plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 10, Page 22, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
