NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052451 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHARLES BUTLER A/K/A CHARLES H. BUTLER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CHARLES H. BUTLER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of FL, County of LEE, City of LEHIGH ACRES and described as follows:
Lot(s) 16, Block 290, Unit 48, Greenbriar, Section 6, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat book 27, page(s) 71, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
