Koenig are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3215, BUILDING 2, CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2 TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DEFINED IN AND ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1761, PAGE 05518 THROUGH 0586, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1764, PAGE 2053 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1770, PAGE 1069, AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1774, PAGE 4519, AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1788, PAGE 2358, AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1803, PAGE 1898, AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION OF OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1760, PAGES 2417 THROUGH 2515, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
