NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-056857 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as trustee for RALI 2006QS11 is the Plaintiff and Christian Burmeister; Holly Burmeister; Summerlin Trace Property Owners Association, Inc.,; Summerlin Trace Condominium No. 5 Association, Inc.; Citimortgage, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on January 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 205, OF BUILDING NO 105, SUMMERLIN TRACE CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2145, PAGE 522, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID PROPERTY IS NOT THE HOMESTEAD OF THE GRANTOR(S) UNDER THE LAWS AND CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN THAT NEITHER GRANTOR(S) NOR ANY MEMBERS OF THE HOUSEHOLD OF GRANTOR(S) RESIDE THEREON. SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF RECORDED, IF ANY. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANY WISE APPERTAINING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
