NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec. 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051092 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and LINDA BRILL A/K/A MICHELLE BEELER F/K/A MICHELLE L. BEELER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Building A, Suite 7, Park View III Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof recoded in Official Records Book 1362, Pages 1728 through 1810, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/30th interest as tenants in common in and to the common elements as the same is established and identified in the Declaration of Condominium and plans on file in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida, the unit and the undivided ownership in the common elements and limited common areas are conveyed subject to the provisions of Chapter 718, Florida statutes, the Declaration of Condominium of Park View III Condominium and its by-laws.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
