NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-057577 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York, Mellon, as Trustee for FIRST HORIZON ALTERNATIVE MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-FAS, Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, And Other Unknown Spouses Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Jannette S. Somodi, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 76, UNIT 3, PART 1, LEISURE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 128-130, AND AS RE-DEDICATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 916, PAGE 598, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
