NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-051444 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as Trustee for the Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR6, Plaintiff and John A. Petrocy and Kellie Bastedo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 14, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 1017, UNIT 24, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 63 TO 77, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE”COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
