NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2014 and entered in 14-CA-051112 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005-HE12, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE12 is the Plaintiff and HENRY R. MERSON, JR. A/K/A HENRY MERSON, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HENRY R. MERSON, JR. A/K/A HENRY MERSON, JR; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 12, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 12, UNIT 4, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 55, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
