SILVIO EDUARDO DE ASSIS and MARIA BARBOSA DE ASSIS, Husband and Wife, IF LIVING, AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS; THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 16 day of December, 2014, and entered in case No. 14-CC-004386 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and SILVIO EDUARDO DE ASSIS and MARIA BARBOSA DE ASSIS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 304, Building 2, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O. R. Book 1411, Page 1262, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
