JOE CUNNINGHAM REALTY TRUST; JOE CUNNINGHAM, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOE CUNNINGHAM REALTY TRUST; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOE CUNNINGHAM; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE JOE CUNNINGHAM REALTY TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 16 day of December, 2014, and entered in case No. 14-CC-004060 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VAN LOON BUSINESS PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOE CUNNINGHAM, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOE CUNNINGHAM REALTY TRUST is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 108, VAN LOON BUSINESS PARK CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 4841, Page 1737, as mended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
