LOT 17 AND 18, BLOCK 5817, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 88, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 127 THROUGH 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
