NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 20, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-007289-WS, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK, USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-A7 is the Plaintiff, and KRISTA DZIKONSKI A/K/A KRISTA M. DZIKONSKI; PATRICK DZIKONSKI; THOUSAND OAKS MULTI-FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; and BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of January, 2015, the following described Real Property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as follows:
Lot 78, THOUSAND OAKS MULTI-FAMILY, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 9-11, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
A/K/A: 8354 Hawbuck Street, Trinity, Florida 34655-5304
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
