NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-006283-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO US BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2007 MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-HF2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HF2, is Plaintiff, and George Carrasquillo, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 8th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 12-C, Brandywine Condominium, Unit One, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Pages 51 thru 54, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida and referred to as the “Condominium” together with all appurtenances thereto as the same are contained and defined in the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 1092, Page 1777, and amendments as recorded in O.R. Book 1100, Page 1325. O.R. Book 1107, Page 1477, O.R. Book 1128, Page 1216, O.R. Book 1133, Page 892, O.R. Book 1142, Page 1342, O.R. Book 1188, Page 1831, O.R. 1197, Page 254, O.R. Book 1213, Page 102 and O.R. Book 1380, Page 747, all of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any future amendments recorded thereto.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
