NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 27, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-000523WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and VANNA M. LARSON, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., THE RIVER RIDGE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MARTIN COUNTY, INC., JUAN JACOBS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain property situated in the County of PASCO, and State of FLORIDA, being described as follows: LOT 573, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT THREE-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLATTHEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 136 AND 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OFPASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
