Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 12, 2014, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O'Neill, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 97, OF COLONY LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT PAGES 24 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 11923 COLONY LAKES BLVD, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654-2049
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 07, 2015 beginning at 11:00 AM.
